The LIFE Trust India offers a comprehensive one-month internship programme specifically designed for Post Graduate Biology students. This program aims to provide students with valuable practical experience and exposure in the field of Zoology and allied science. The internship is scheduled to take place from June to July 2023.

Duration: The programme extends for one month, providing students with an intensive and immersive learning experience in the field of zoology.
Collaboration with LIFE Trust -India: The Department of Zoology, Avinashilingam University has signed an MoU with LIFE Trust-India. LIFE Trust India is a reputable organization known for its community conservation, Health and rural development, Human and animal health, wildlife research, and environmental education work.
Eligibility: The internship program is exclusively available for Avinashilingam University's Post Graduate Zoology students. It is designed to complement the students' academic curriculum and provide them with practical exposure in their field of study.
Objectives and Activities: The internship programme aims to provide students with hands-on experience in various aspects of zoology. This may include fieldwork, laboratory research, data collection and analysis, species identification, ecological surveys, and other relevant activities. The programme will be designed to align with the students' academic goals and provide practical skills applicable to their future careers.
Mentorship and Guidance: During the internship, students will be assigned mentors from LIFE Trust - India who will provide guidance, support, and supervision.
